Halloween

Grand Haven Main Street is a safe place for families to trick-or-treat on Halloween day, with Washington Ave. closed to traffic from Harbor Drive to Third Street.

Hundreds show up from 4 – 6 pm on Halloween each year, including parents, children and even their pets, all dressed in costumes, to trick-or-treat up and down the sidewalks.

Our downtown businesses really get into the fun, passing out candy in front of their stores. The local police department and other area organizations are there to greet the kids too. Downtown Trick-or-Treating is the perfect event for people of all ages!
