From science kits to lovely little dolls—we want to be a place where everybody can come and find something fun, because fun is so important. “Where the fun begins” is our tagline, so we try hard to give everyone who comes in the door an experience—things to try out, to touch and squeeze and race. We have great relationships with our customers. There are certain ones that I’ll just call up and say, “Hey, I got this cool new thing you need to come see.”
